Fresh is always best!

IMPORTANT: Given that we currently operate as a ghost kitchen, (in other words, not your basic storefront), our day-to-day inventory

can be super low. Therefore, if you're interested in placing an order that is not within the 24-hour minimum, we invite you to call us

to inquire about what we might have available for the day.

*For online orders: We reserve the right to adjust the time of your order accordingly, and will, of course, reach out to discuss any changes.

Spanakopita - Appetizer-style

(Spa-nah-KO-pea-TAH)

This spinach and feta cheese "pie" is a savory delight featuring a rich mixture of fresh, organic baby spinach sautéed in imported cold-pressed olive oil with scallions and garlic. We then blend it with imported feta and a vibrant blend of fresh herbs - basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, parsley, and dill.

Wrapped in triangles and baked to golden brown perfection, this appetizer is sure to please! It can also be enjoyed as a main course when paired with a refreshing Greek side salad.

P.S.: Kids absolutely love these! They won't even realize they're eating a healthy serving of vegetables.

This is offered in the following options:

  • The half pan measures approximately 12" x 9" x 1" and has approximately 18 triangles.
  • The full sheet pan measures approximately 19" x 11" x 1" and has approximately 34 triangles.

This is offered in the following options:

  • The half pan measures approximately 12" x 9" x 1.5" and should serve approximately 10 - 12 people.

Tiropita - Appetizer style

(Tee-roh-pea-tah)

A light and flaky Greek "pie" made from layers of phyllo dough that are filled with a creamy feta cheese and egg mixture; the cheesy creamy filling is comprised of feta cheese (of course!), heavy cream, grated kefalograviera (a hard cheese produced from sheep's milk or mixture of sheep and goat's milk, giving it an intense salty flavor), a bit of ricotta, and also includes many of the same fresh spices as used in our spanakopita - basil, parsley, and dill.

These make for a wonderful appetizer or snack at any time of the day, or if serving three pieces (or more) per person with a side salad, can be considered a main dish.
